These tools are meant to help users relax and disconnect from constant scrolling.
A key addition is the introduction of well-being missions. Users can earn badges by meeting sleep goals, sticking to daily screen-time limits, completing weekly check-ins, and inviting friends to join wellness challenges. This gamified approach adds accountability and motivation, turning healthier habits into achievements that can be tracked and celebrated.
The hub is integrated directly into TikTok’s settings but also appears automatically when users hit screen-time limits or activate the “Take a Break” feature. This ensures that wellness tools are not hidden but surface at the moments when users need them most.
